The Nota Salvador mobile application, developed by the Municipality of Salvador, is designed to be compatible with any smartphone model. Its primary innovation is the ability to issue invoices directly from a mobile device, eliminating the dependency on computers and printers. The application offers a range of functionalities that cater to both service providers and consumers. Below are the key features:

For Service Providers: (Legal Entities, Freelancers, and Self-Employed Professionals)

Overview of Nota Salvador

Nota Salvador is an initiative aimed at encouraging citizens to request a fiscal document when hiring services within the City of Salvador (including gyms, private schools, laundries, daycares, colleges, language courses, construction companies, appliance repairs, hairdressers, hotels and motels, auto repair shops, security and cleaning companies, among others). Furthermore, it returns a portion of the collected tax (ISS - Service Tax) back to the public, allowing them to choose how to utilize their credits: either as a discount of up to 100% off property tax (IPTU) or deposited into a current or savings account. Additionally, there is an opportunity to participate in monthly prize drawings for cash rewards.
